At The Lake House, our mission is to create unforgettable experiences that exceed our clients expectations. We believe that every event is an opportunity to tell a unique story, and we approach each project with creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our goal is to make event planning as stress-free as possible for our clients, so they can fully enjoy their special moments with loved ones. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients, vendors, and partners.

Drawing on my background in hospitality, I always knew that I wanted to turn my passion into something more. A few months before the Covid pandemic, I was discussing business ideas with friends over dinner when we decided to purchase a marquee company. Initially, we had planned to open a restaurant serving champagne and beef, which we named “Beef and Bolly” thanks to a suggestion from my friend Rachel. The marquee company was intended to serve as a mobile function room that could be set up anywhere.

Unfortunately, the pandemic brought the world to a halt and made it impossible to pursue our original plans. However, I was determined to keep pursuing my dreams despite the uncertain times. With the support of my friend Alan, I obtained a personal license to continue building towards the future.

Having a good friend who happens to be a top Chef and having worked together for years, we turned our restaurant idea into a successful pop-up fine dining experience in May 2022. Building on that success, we decided to expand and transform The Lake House into a full-service event planning company, offering a one-stop shop for weddings, corporate events, and personal parties. Since then, we’ve been able to meet our clients’ needs with great success, and we continue to strive for excellence in everything we do.

He takes pride in working closely with the team to design and execute events that exceed their expectations. Richard’s extensive knowledge of food, wine, has earned him a reputation as an expert in his field.

Events Manager

Brigid has years of experience in event planning and management, and she brings a creative and detail-oriented approach to every project she works on. She is passionate about making sure that every client’s event is a success, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that every detail is perfect. From corporate events to weddings and everything in between, Brigid is here to make sure that your event is a memorable one.

Helen has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating unforgettable events. With years of experience in the industry, Helen has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in event planning, She is dedicated to ensuring that every event is executed to perfection and that our clients’ expectations are exceeded. When Helen isn’t planning events, you can find her exploring the outdoors or indulging in her love of art and design.
